FMC XIII – The Cruise

From October 1st to 11th 2026, Europe's loudest cruise will return to the Mediterranean with a double edition. Two voyages, four new ports and, once again, the opportunity to experience both routes as a combined trip.

From October 1st to 11th 2026, the Mediterranean Sea will be transformed into a boiling cauldron of metal as the Full Metal Cruise XIII rocks the waves with two spectacular events, bringing Europe's loudest cruise back to the southern shores!

Part I sets sail from Palma de Mallorca on October 1st 2026. From there, Mein Schiff 6 heads for the Catalan capital Barcelona and the southern French metropolis of Marseille, before returning to Palma on October 6th 2026. There, the first headbangers disembark and the next armada of black shirts comes on board. Those who do not remain on board for Part II will return to Majorcan soil and begin their journey home. For everyone else and all new Cruisaders, Part II will take them back out to sea.

The Mein Schiff 6 will depart from Palma on 6th October 2026. This time, the floating fortress of heavy metal will sail to Palermo in Sicily and from there on to Cagliari in Sardinia, before docking in Palma on 11th October 2026 with a final thunderous bang.

Six days packed with heavy riffs, powerful double bass salvos and an atmosphere thicker than any festival fog. The stages on board Mein Schiff 6 will make the ship shake, while the supporting programme of metal karaoke, comedy, readings, tattoos, cinema, metal wellness, meet-and-greets and workshops will leave no throat untouched and no neck unscathed.

Eleven days, two parts – Full Metal Cruise is back in the sea of metal!

Full Metal Cruise XIII – Part I

Europe's loudest cruise sets sail from Palma de Mallorca, where history, culture and culinary highlights blend perfectly with genuine metal spirit. As Trallery demonstrated at Full Metal Holiday 2022, Mallorca truly embodies the metal lifestyle! With its magical stained glass windows, the cathedral is just one of the many attractions that make Palma the ideal place to set sail, alongside alternative neighbourhoods and charming record shops.
Day two is a day at sea, which we spend relaxing in bars, pools, at Metal Wellness and, of course, in front of the stages, before reaching our second stop, Barcelona, the following day. The home of the 2009 Metal Battle winner Crisix is famous for its lively music scene: the Marina district is packed with metal clubs, while the Rock Museum attracts visitors with an immersive tour through the history of heavy music and legendary guitars from Jimi Hendrix and Paul Stanley to Kirk Hammett and Dave Mustaine. Those who prefer to explore the city can discover Gaudí's masterpieces, the famous Ramblas or relax on the nearby city beach. Fortified with pa amb tomàquet, botifarra or crema catalana, we are then ready to rock the sea once again at the gigs on board.
The very next day, we arrive in Marseille, the capital of Provence. Watching over the city high above is the ‘Bonne Mère’, the patron saint of Marseille and sailors, to whom we ask for a spectacular finale to Part I of Europe's loudest cruise. Culture lovers can experience history up close in the narrow streets of the old town, Le Panier, while the cultural centre La Friche is pulsating with modern creativity and alternative lifestyles. Provence is also rich in myths and legends, such as the dragon of Nerthe and the witch of Marseille, whose spirit is said to haunt the harbour to this day.
With the taste of delicious bouillabaisse still on our tongues, we set off on our final day at sea, allowing our impressions to sink in and gathering our strength for the last onboard shows before Mein Schiff 6 returns to Palma after six loud and legendary days. For those whose cruise ends here, there is still time to explore Palma's vibrant metal scene in the evening before heading home. To those staying on board, we wish you lots of fun with Part II!

October 6th 2026 – Palma de Mallorca

The capital of the Balearic Islands, Palma de Mallorca, welcomes us with Mediterranean flair and maritime glamour. As one of Europe's most important cruise ports, it is the perfect starting point for voyages across the Mediterranean. As soon as you arrive, you are greeted by an impressive array of elegant yachts and majestic cruise ships, not to mention the imposing La Seu Cathedral. Full Metal Cruise XIII – Part II

With the Cruisaders who have just boarded in Palma de Mallorca, we are heading into the second round. Mein Schiff 6 is once again setting course for the open sea – ready for five days full of thunder, riffs and untamed energy.
The first day at sea is all about encounters and creativity: workshops, readings, comedy and karaoke provide variety, while tattoo artists get their machines whirring and cinema screens show classics from the scene. Those who prefer a quieter pace can relax by the pool or treat themselves to some metal wellness before the pool deck is transformed into a festival stage once again.
On day two, the cruise reaches Palermo – a city where legends and heavy history collide. Black Sabbath played their very first gig in Italy at Parco della Favorita in 1971, and the artists' quarter of Arenella is still a meeting place for creative types and subculture today. Whether you follow the Route of Genius or the trail of the secret society Beati Paoli, there is plenty to discover. Sicily also has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine: arancini, Palermo-style pizza, cannoli and cassata – real fuel for hungry headbangers. Before returning to the ship, it's worth making a detour to the Punkfunk Record Shop & Music Bar, where you can buy fitting souvenirs and experience the fusion of a record shop and bar.
Another day at sea offers time to deepen friendships, take part in meet & greets or simply enjoy the sun on deck with a drink in your hand. With metal workouts and spontaneous parties, there's always something going on – the metal sea never stands still.
Cagliari, in the Italian region of Sardinia, is the final stop on Part II of Cruise XIII. Here, it's not just the guitars that sing; the stones do too. In the Giardino Sonoro, visitors can make the sound sculptures by artist Sciola vibrate. From the seven hills of the Castello district to the cathedral towering above the city, and from the vibrant San Benedetto market to the beautiful Poetto Beach, Cagliari showcases all the facets of Mediterranean joie de vivre. Adventurers can hike to the Devil's Saddle or explore Su Nuraxi, a Nuragic fortress from the Bronze Age and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located about an hour away.
Back on board, it's time to celebrate one last time. Take a dip and gather your strength to the sound of the riffs, as you prepare for the final night before Mein Schiff 6 returns to Palma after five unforgettable, loud days.
